NorFab – The Norwegian Infrastructure for Micro- and Nanofabrication

Description

NorFab is Norway’s national infrastructure for micro- and nanofabrication. It connects NTNU NanoLab, UiO MiNaLab, USN MST-Lab and SINTEF MiNaLab and provides access to state-of-the-art cleanrooms, fabrication tools, characterisation services, training and operator support. It enables academic and industrial R&D, pilot fabrication and micro-/nanosystem development relevant to semiconductors, sensors, quantum devices, biotechnology interfaces and advanced materials.
